2. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in reports
• Not submit spam or fake reviews
• Not abuse the reporting system
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Not use automated tools or bots

3. User-Generated Content

All reports are user-generated and anonymous. We do not verify the accuracy of reports. This platform aggregates anonymous user reports and makes no claims about the accuracy of services offered by any venue.

4. Adult and Explicit Content Notice

RubRadar may contain text-based content that includes sexual references or explicit language submitted by users. This content is intended for adults only.

While we apply moderation controls, we do not pre-screen every submission in real time. By using this service, you acknowledge you may encounter content that is explicit, offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates any rights
• Contains personal information of others
• Is spam, misleading, or false
• Contains offensive or inappropriate language
• Harasses or discriminates against others

9. Venue Claim and Verification

If you submit a venue ownership claim, you represent that all information you provide is complete and accurate, and that you are authorised to act for the business.

We may request additional evidence, suspend, reject, or revoke a claim where ownership cannot be confirmed or where misuse is detected.

10. Paid Services and Billing

Certain features may require payment (for example, promotional placements or premium listing features). By purchasing a paid service, you authorise the applicable charge and agree to provide accurate billing details.

Payments are processed via eWAY / Commonwealth Bank payment infrastructure. RubRadar does not store full payment card numbers or CVV values.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, we do not provide refunds for mistaken purchases or dissatisfaction with campaign/listing performance, except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
